1. Project Overview & Role
As UX Manager, I led the design of Leqaa 25, an exclusive digital platform and event portal connecting Saudi Arabia’s most influential leaders across business, culture, and government. The platform’s mission was to provide a private, trusted space for high-profile figures to exchange ideas, access curated events, and strengthen networks. My role focused on shaping an intuitive and secure user journey, balancing prestige, privacy, and accessibility to align with the expectations of distinguished members.
2. Designing for Exclusivity & Trust
Given the sensitivity of the audience, the design emphasized credibility, security, and transparency. Membership flows were kept simple yet highly secure, while personal profiles showcased professional achievements, media presence, and affiliations. Content hierarchies ensured that members’ legacies and influence were highlighted elegantly, reinforcing the prestigious positioning of the network. This approach fostered trust and encouraged engagement in a community built around confidential collaboration.
3. Seamless Event Discovery & Participation
A core value of Leqaa 25 lies in its events. We created event listing and detail pages with structured information, speaker highlights, and simple attendance registration. By integrating upcoming, ongoing, and past events into a unified interface, leaders could efficiently explore opportunities relevant to their fields. The streamlined RSVP flow increased event participation by over 25%, while multimedia integrations—such as session recordings and reports—extended the value of each gathering beyond the live moment.
4. Enabling Connection & Impact
To strengthen long-term value, the platform included a member directory and profile system enabling leaders to discover peers by sector, expertise, or achievements. Each profile consolidated biographies, awards, media appearances, and professional history, turning the directory into a trusted reference for influential figures in KSA. Combined with curated content and knowledge reports, these features transformed Leqaa 25 into more than an event tool—it became a strategic ecosystem for shaping the future of leadership and business in the Kingdom.
