1. Project Overview & Role
As UX Manager, I led the redesign of a comprehensive influencer campaign management platform that supports the entire lifecycle of campaign execution—from planning to performance tracking. The objective was to streamline complex workflows for campaign leads, clients, and team members, while ensuring high usability and scalability. Through stakeholder workshops and user research, we identified key pain points such as fragmented campaign visibility, inefficient influencer selection, and limited performance insights.
2. Improving Campaign Visibility
To address these, we introduced dual campaign listing views (table and card layouts), supported by advanced filters and clear status indicators. This solution reduced campaign search and navigation time by over 35%, allowing managers to switch between high-level overviews and detailed operational data seamlessly. By optimizing information hierarchy and improving scanability, the system catered to both executive decision-makers and day-to-day operators.
Streamlining Influencer Assignment
A critical enhancement was the influencer assignment flow, redesigned into a guided, multi-step process. Users could now filter by demographics, engagement rates, and niches, while accessing transparent cost breakdowns and recommendation tags. This not only reduced selection errors but also improved confidence in assignments. As a result, campaign teams reported a 40% faster influencer matching process and higher accuracy in aligning influencers with campaign objectives
4. Data-Driven Dashboards & Results
Finally, we delivered data-rich dashboards and campaign detail pages that consolidated KPIs such as cost, ad activity, influencer performance, and team productivity into clear visualizations. These improvements empowered teams to make data-driven decisions in real time, eliminating dependency on external reporting. The enhanced transparency and efficiency contributed to stronger collaboration, higher adoption across teams, and measurable improvements in campaign outcomes.
